I have been working hard on my sidehops.
Why? Well, during the UCI World Competitions in Australia and New Zealand I quickly realized my 'power' moves (sidehops, gaps and pedal ups) weren't up to par with the top riders.
I'm a rather small guy, but that's no excuse. I have to practise practise practise....... and then practise some more.
Next year will be much more interesting!
I made this video so I could analyze my technique and compare it to better riders. Hence, it's a little repetitive :)
